WINOOSKI, VERMONT — Vermont real estate broker Brian Steinmetz and interior designer Ruth Steinmetz are proud to announce the grand opening of Dwellness by Steinmetz, a new lifestyle destination located on the first floor of the newly constructed City Sunrise apartment building at 111 East Allen Street in downtown Winooski.
Opening its doors to the public on Sunday, August 3rd at 11:00 AM, Dwellness brings together three complementary services under one roof: a boutique home goods shop, a real estate brokerage, and a full-service interior design studio. Equal parts creative hub and welcoming storefront, the space is thoughtfully curated to inspire intentional living and offer clients a more holistic approach to home.
